Application 1 |

All application surface must be sound, clean and dry.
Old Wooden Surfaces: Old and blistered paint must be clean and surface is sandpapered. After that, the surface is coated with Merbolin Merbotex Wood Protector or Merbolin Synthetic Primer. b) New Wooden Surfaces: All knots are burned, the surface is coated with Merbolin Merbotex Wood Protector or Merbolin Synthetic Primer c) Old Metal Surfaces: Old and blistered paint must be clean and surface is sandpapered. The surface is coated with Merbolin Antirust. d) New Metal Surfaces: Surface must be clean free from dirt, oil. The surface is coated with Merbolin Antirust. |

Application 2 |

12 hours after the application of primer coat, Boyalin Synthetic Paint is thinned with 10-15 % Merbolin Synthetic Thinner. It should be applied with brush, roller or paint gun as two coat, allowing 8-10 hours between the coats. |

Storage Conditions |

It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5-35°C temperatures for three years. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
