All application surface must be sound, clean and dry,
a) Wooden Surfaces : All knots are burned, old and blistered paint must be clean and the surface is saturated with Merbolin Merbotex Wood Protector. The surface hollow and crack is filled with Merbolin Synthetic Super Putty and emerized. After that surface is cleaned and primered with Merbolin Synthetic Primer. b) Metal Surfaces : After the surface cleaning free from dirt and oil, the surface primered with Merbolin Antirust. c) Concrete Surfaces : Old and blistered paint coats cleaned by scratching and surface defaults should be repaired with Merbolin Synthetic Super Putty and emerized. After that surface is cleaned and primered with Merbolin Synthetic Primer. |

Merbolin Matt Decoration Paint is thinned with 10-20 % Merbolin Synthetic Thinner, after that it should be applied with brush, roller or paint gun, as two coat, allowing 6 - 8 hours between the coats. |
