The surface should be cleaned by sand blasting minumum Sa 2, preferably Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from rust and old paint layers. Application surface should be primed with Merboclor Primer Paint as one coat. |

Depending on the application method, Merboclor Topcoat Paint should be thinned with Merboclor Paint Thinner 5 - 10% by weight and applied with brush, roller or airless spray gun as two coats, allowing 24 hours between the coats. |
