The surface should be cleaned by sand blasting Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from rust and old paint layers. |

Merbolin Heat Resistance Aluminium Paint should be applied 10 to 15µ dry film thickness all coats with brush or airless spray gun, allowing 12 hours between the coats. The paint film should be fully cured before taking the system into service. Temperature should be increased slowly. |
