Application 1 |
: |
All application surface must be sound, clean and dry.
a) Wooden Surfaces: All knots on surface are burned, old and blistered paint coats must be emerized. The hollows and cracks on surface are filled with Merbolin Super Synthetic Putty. .After that, the surface should be emerized and cleaned, saturated with Merbolin Merbotex Wood Protector. The surface should be primered with Merbolin Synthetic Primer.
b) Metal Surfaces: After the surface cleaning, the surface is primered with Merbolin Antirust.
c) Concrete Surfaces: Old paint coats on surface are scraped and surface faults is levelled with Merbolin Super Synthetic Putty. After emerizing and cleaning process, the surface should be primered as one coat with Merbolin Synthetic Primer. |

Application 2 |
: |
12 hours after the application of primer coat, Merbosoft Advantage Satin Paint is thinned with 10-15 % Merbolin Synthetic Thinner. It should be applied with brush, roller or paint gun as two coat, allowing 8-10 hours between the coats. |

Storage Conditions |
: |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5-35°C temperatures for three years. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
